Only one band, The Police, is right before the 90's. Most specifically, 1977. They're not exactly my favourite band, I just only like their music. Stewart Copeland is my favourite member, though.

He's the music composer behind the soundtracks of Spyro the Dragon, Spyro 2: Gateway To Glimmer, Spyro 3: Year of the Dragon and Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly. He also did the background music and the theme song for the Cartoon Network cartoon, The Life And Times Of Juniper Lee.
