My Perks about Britain4Music is celebrating all things British for the whole month whilst some music channels are only celebrating a week of it so to commemorate “Best of British” February, I’ve decided to do a review of my perks about the United Kingdom… or rather Great Britain. I’ve been living there for over five years I think, so I already knew what it’s like there anyway. I moved to Manchester from London with my family ever since I was a baby. So, um… if any of you fellow friends wanna know what’s great about the nation, here’s what I think below.

I’ll Stand By You: This was the first Girls Aloud song that has ever become a favourite. I loved it ‘cause it reminds me of a part from Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door, the Nintendo Gamecube sequel to Paper Mario for the Nintendo 64 which was the Shadow Queen taking the world into its darkest hour. Final version of the poster/front cover of my Spyro/American Dragon fanfiction crossover, "Spyro & Jake Long: Ripto's Revenge". The main reason why Spyro and Jake were large 'cause they are the main heroes of the story.

Out of the four characters, Spyro was the hardest to shade in 'cause his appearance has a lot of details, due to his underbelly, horns and tail.

But despite that, I'm happy with how the picture turns out.

I'm not sure if I coloured in Ripto correctly, I can't even tell if he's orange or red so I used a variety of reds and oranges. Originally, there WAS gonna be a Chinese character which means "dragon" which will be written somewhere but there's no room, unfortunately.

Materials: Pencil, rubber, pencil sharpener, My Melody colour pencils, black fineliner

Time Taken: 9 days 30+ hours

Listened to: "Empire State of Mind" by Jay-Z feat. Alicia Keys from the music video

Actually, drawing and colouring

is much harder than colouring drawing Jake, Sparx and Ripto.
